Diane Dwyer

Diane grew up on the Peninsula with six brothers and sisters, and she is thrilled to be working with her sister, Patty, in real estate at Alain Pinel Realtors. Her intimate knowledge of the area allows her to help you navigate through and find the perfect neighborhood and home. I know the nuances and history of every neighborhood (as well as Lamorinda in the East Bay).  If you are looking to buy or sell, please give us a call 650-931-2036.

Her path to real estate is an unusual one.

She received a BS degree in Business Administration from Cal and is a current member of the faculty, teaching at the Berkeley-Haas School of Business. Diane is also a regular guest lecturer for the Design School at Stanford University.

She spent her first 20+ working years in broadcast journalism reporting and anchoring for KTVU-Channel 2 as well as NBC Bay Area. She credits her Irish gift of storytelling for her success in journalism, and she's a two-time Emmy Award winner who has also received recognition from the New York Film Festival, Associated Press and Society of Professional Journalists.

Diane is also very active in her community, serving as emcee, auctioneer and advisor for numerous non-profit organizations including the Peninsula Hospital Foundation, Gatepath, CORA of San Mateo County, San Mateo & Burlingame Rotary, Rebuilding Together Peninsula, St. Vincent de Paul of San Mateo County, Bay Area Council, Summit Bank Foundation and the DeMarillac Academy in San Francisco. She sits on the board of the California Alumni Association, The International House at UC Berkeley and Curry Senior Center of San Francisco.  She is also active in the pet rescue community (and has a rescued dog and cat at home).

She looks forward to working with you! If you have any questions, need a real estate resource or just want to catch up -- give her a call at 650-931-2036.
